The Duncan is an open layout ranch with three bedrooms and two baths. Main floor living areas include a flex area open to the entry and a large family room with optional fireplace. The flex area can serve as additional dining space, sitting area, home office or study area. A covered patio is situated just off the family room, extending outdoor living space. The kitchen is open to the family room and includes a breakfast area, pantry, utility room with a folding area, and pass-through to garage. A drop zone layout is available, including coat closet and pantry.The primary bedroom suite has a trey ceiling in the bedroom, a 4' shower, linen storage, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet for shared use. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located off a semiprivate hallway with linen storage and close to Bath 2.
